To achieve the collection of our honey we have managed to discover all the right spots of our beautiful island and so we are constantly moving our bee hives to the appropriate places, depending on the blooming season. In Crete there is an abundance of native and endemic plants that allows us to get unique flavors and therefore a variety of honey.
